Governor's Bowl vs. Bardstown

It's gameday ladies and I am pumped. It's country vs. city, Death Valley vs. Garnis Martin Field, Highway 27 vs. 5th Street, red white and blue vs. purple and gold. The Lincoln County Patriots will face the Bardstown Tigers this afternoon at Woodford County High School with kickoff @ 5:00pm. We need to score first and early to keep the momentum and offset their speed. This would be a huge victory for us, good luck Patriots.

I guess they decided to give Lincoln County a little exposure before the real show - The WOODFORD COUNTY YELLOW JACKETS. I guess every star needs an opening act. Isn't that right hazmit.

when your name is the "yellow jackets" you need someone to bring credibility to the games. but maybe all of the titles woodford has won is the real reason for exposure. when was the last time they won anything without pony tails?

Update on the score....Lincoln 20 Bardstown 18. Way to overcome a little adversity and win a crucial game. Congrats to Trey Edwards, who played every position on the field and ran hard all game to bring home the MVP honor. Oh and hdrho, maybe we'd host the yellow jackets in Death Valley if their parole officers would let them leave the county.
