Lincoln County took care of business on their home court in the first round of the 12th region tournament on Thursday night, defeating the Casey County Rebels 67-46.
Lincoln County jumped out to a early led, and never looked back. They led wire-to-wire and did what they were suppose to do, beat the undermanned Rebels and advance to the second round.
The Patriots will play again on Monday night against the McCreary Central Raiders. They hadn't been to the Region in a long time, and it really showed. They had a lot of fans there tonight. LC still had more, but overall the LC fans didn't make a lot of noise.
LC faithful, get out to the game and show McCreary Central what's up...

They are doing all Lincoln County games in the tournament. I heard that on WPBK.
I think we should have a ALL red crowd there Monday night or a white out meaning everyone wear white!! But red would look better!! We need to get the word out for everyone to wear red Monday night!! RED RED RED!!!!! GO PATS lets show McCreary Central that they wish they was a PATRIOT!!!!
the crowd needs to make some noise, stand up when the team enters the gym and when the school song is played!!!!
I agree, the Casey Co crowd was a big factor Sat. nite. Their coach had a signal for the crowd to stand up & cheer, & they responded very well. Wish our crowd would be really loud & stand up, our boys need it.
Yeah, the fans definately need to get UP and cheer for the guys tonight! It was awesome to see the turn out @ Pulaski, but once our girls got a few points behind it seemed like our crowd gave up!

every basket is big tonight and the crowd needs to cheer and keep our players pumped, they feed off the crowd, mcqueary's crowd cheered every time they scored in their last game even when they were 30 points ahead, does the crowd want a three-peat or not??????
I agree I was there Sat. night and our crowd was like they were dead!! We need to cheer and cheer LOUD!! There is no reason we should be out done by them none what so ever we have the crowd to do it so let's get it done!!!! Wear RED and CHEER!! Pass this on to EVERYONE you know!!! LET'S GO PATS!!!
